Wonderful news! Dave Purdy was posthumously awarded the Special Award at the Community Awards at St James this evening. This award “recognises something or someone extraordinary. It is not always awarded and is at the judges’ discretion”.
Congratulations too to two GDA members – the Guernsey Cheshire Home and the Guernsey Specials Gym Club – who were both shortlisted for Charity of the Year.
