GDA welcomes Chris Le Page, Board Apprentice to the GDA Executive Committee Chris has over 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Carey Group Chris worked for Orangefield Legis Fund Services in Guernsey as a Manager in the Company Secretarial team and as head of Depositary Services, while taking on client relationship duties for some of the larger clients. Prior to this Chris acted as Company Secretary and headed the Company Secretarial team of HSBC Securities Services (Guernsey) Limited, where he was very actively involved in the implementation of the Guernsey Code of Corporate Governance for both group companies and clients. Through these roles, and others, Chris has gained a deep and varied knowledge of many different corporate structures and the challenges that they may face from time to time.
