The Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson Trophy for the Sports Achiever of the Year with a Physical Impairment
The Sports Achiever of the Year with an Intellectual Impairment
Please include in the citations a brief background into how the nominees’ impairment affects their training, performance and the positive impact sport has on their life.
Send your nomination to info@guernseysports.com with a brief description of 150 words detailing their sporting achievements. The closing date for nominations is 9:00 a.m. on Monday 12th of December 2016.
