The Committee for Employment & Social Security are seeking expert advice to help them to decide which jurisdiction to model the new Disability Equality Legislation on. It is intended that by finding a ‘model’ jurisdiction, faster progress can be made towards finalising proposals for the law. Please read the pdf in the link below to find out more.
