Since September 2017 we have run a number of Workshops around the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that comes into force on May 25th, 2018. Following the release of the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law the workshop has been updated to include the differences between GDPR and Guernsey’s Law and is an essential step in understanding the full requirements and how to deal with them proportionately to your organisations size.The topics covered in the workshop are

- Control & Maintenance
- Breach Management
- Followed by a group Q&A session
The standard price for attendance to our 3 hour workshop is: £200 but we are offering this to charities for £150.We also have a package available which includes our GDPR / Data Protection Health Check, an online service for which a full report is given, and a one hour consultation.
This package is currently on offer for £295 but we are able to offer this to your charity for just £200.Of course we understand that charities budgets are tight so for those who feel the above packages might still be expensive in some regards, we do have a basic Data Protection Awareness level training which can be taken online.
The awareness training is somewhat shorter, but aimed to give individuals the very basic awareness of what GDPR / Data Protection Law is and why it’s important. Usually this training is £35 per person, but we can offer it to you for £28 through our online training platform.Further to this, we will also have a Documents Package which includes terms and conditions, privacy notices, data audit templates and more for use by charities. This again is heavily discounted from our usual pricing and some consideration can be given to your individual needs.
