Please find below the Access for All Notice of Annual General Meeting in relation to the meeting being held on 27 November at Les Cotils.
Please note that the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts will be circulated separately in advance of the AGM.
All members are welcome to attend the meeting in person, or by completing the Proxy Form on page 2 of the notice, either appointing the Chairman as your proxy for the meeting, or by naming an individual who will attend the meeting on your behalf. Please refer to page 3 for further information on how to complete the Proxy Form.
