Older People’s Week 2017 starts this Saturday. The week encourages those aged 65 and over to get active. During the week we are offering taster sessions in a variety of activities and sport, all free of charge. We have a leaflet with all of the activities outlined, which is available on our website:
We also have paper copies available from our office or from Beau Sejour. Please pass this on to anyone you know that is aged 65+, it’s a great opportunity to go out and enjoy some activity and all of the benefits that brings. I’ve also attached a last minute addition – some FitSteps classes (based on strictly come dancing moves).
