The Lloyds Bank Foundation has marked its 30th year anniversary by celebrating the remarkable work of the small and medium sized charities they support who are on the frontline of tackling disadvantage in their local communities.
Their Charity Achievement Awards recognise regional and national winners in six categories.
We are thrilled to announce that the Guernsey Disability Alliance has won the ‘Championing Change’ category for the Channel Islands. As a result, we’ve been invited to the national finals in London on October 8th 2015.
GDA member charity, Headway Guernsey, has won the Unsung Hero Award and Wigwam Support Group was highly commended in the Enterprising Collaboration category.
