Today, 17th July, the States of Guernsey passed the proposals for a Discrimination Ordinance (law) unanimously. This is an historic moment and we wish to thank The Committee for Employment and Social Secuirty (ESS) for their dedication to the Disability and Inclusion Strategy and resulting proposals for new anti discrimination laws – both the politicians and civil servants.
