Thank you to everyone who attended the EGM on line on 31st May 2023.

The meeting agreed to all of the resolutions proposed which were:

Agree the financial statements

Agree to Vivien Nemeth becoming Hon Treasurer

Agree to changes to the Memorandum and Articles and

Agree to the audit waiver continuing.
