Mind Guernsey are delighted to be running a ‘Wellbeing in Mind’ evening class in conjunction with the Guernsey College of Further Education, starting 4 October.
The sessions will look at our emotional wellbeing and mental health both at home and at work, and how our wellbeing is affected by what we eat.
Plus sessions looking at different techniques and ideas to develop emotional resilience, personal growth, and relaxation.
Week 1 – Course Introduction + Mental Health in the Workplace
Week 2 – Mental Health and Relationships
Week 3 – Mental Health and Nutrition
Week 4 – Decider Life Skills
Week 5 – Growth Mindset
Week 6 – Mindfulness
When: Wednesday nights commencing 4 October 2017 (course repeated in Spring & Easter terms 2018), between 7 pm – 9 pm
