After a very difficult debate and run up to the meeting, we are excited to announce the Prevention of Discrimination (Guernsey) Ordinance, 2022 was passed unanimously on Friday 30th September 2022 (day 3 of debate). It will go live 1st October 2023 and accessibility five years later 2028.
