Our Chair, Toni De Kooker, was a panel member at the Governance Conference discussing the reality of inclusion. The Chartered Governance Institute – Bailiwick of Guernsey Branch hosted its annual conference on 28 September at St Pierre Park Hotel.

The panel of Toni de Kooker, Alison Rimington MSc. BSc. Chartered MCIPD, Wendy Dorey, Greg Turner-Smart and Phil Eyre brought insights to delegates on inclusion.

We are very happy to see governing bodies speaking up about inclusivity and diversity ahead of the implementation of the prevention of discrimination Ordinance coming in to effect on the 1st October – but there’s still a lot of work to do!
